Qi Gong has its roots in the breathing, movement and spiritual (shen gong) practices of the Daoists of ancient China. For thousands of years, they sought to develop inner strength and vitality through methods involving the body and the movement of qi (energy).

In today's world of internet, information and time pressures we can easily become overwhelmed and our energies imbalanced or stagnated.

At times we give out too much or store too little, depleting our energy reserves. This can lead to stress, fatigue, feelings of not being able to cope and ultimately to physical illness.

Discover how to listen to your body and learn ancient techniques to recognise and balance the energies of yin and yang. Use these simple, gentle exercises to keep energy circulating, nourish the organs and to maintain and improve your general health and wellbeing.
