Full day Mindfulness, stress management workshop


We deliver a number of Mindfulness based stress management training courses that look at what an individual can do to raise awareness of their personal stress levels and manage stress more effectively, as well as training courses for managers that help them to manage stress within the workplace. This stress management course is ideal for team leaders, supervisors and line managers who wish to reduce and manage work-related stress.
