The Flame, leaders in Right-Mindfulness, Holistic Health and Wellness, are leading a specialised free event led by mental health professionals and experts with an aim to provide parents and children with practical integral solutions, tools and support to reduce and overcome anxiety, panic, stress and depression that children and young teenagers
may be facing as a result of the current mental health crisis.

Transpersonal PsychotherapistGurmat Psychotherapist. 30 year expert specialist in transforming health and wellness, Dav is a mind-body and heart medicine pioneer, world-renwoned expert in Right-Mindfulness based health intervention and a prominent figure in transpersonal (psycho-spiritual) & transformative health and wellness medicine, as well as a Public speaker. He is a pioneer of mindfulness and contemplative based health interventions in the UK.
Natalie Hardie is a holistic mental health practitioner, youth mental health first aid trainer and director of NH Neuro Training.
Natalie works within the alternative education sector, taking a trauma informed approach to reducing school exclusions and barriers to learning.
Certified Play Therapist with vast experience in working with children and young people with varying degrees of mental ill health and neuro developmental disorders. "Currently I works as a child and adolescent mental health practitioner in the looked after children's team. Jo's work involves one to one therapy with children as well as group work. She also works closely with schools and parents / carers from an attachment perspective".

Setting the context: Teacher Aisling and Victim Support Advocate Angela to discuss current challenges children are facing in their respective fields.
Brain processes which underlie and impact behaviour: Director of NH Neuro Training Natalie, will be discussing the impact of trauma and the implications of current circumstances on youth mental health.
Professional therapy pathway: Child Psychotherapist's Edwardo and Judith will present 'Healing approaches in challenges times'
