FIHHP® is a a psychophysiological and psychospiritual approach to healing and alignment of the psychological, (mental and emotional) spiritual, and physical dimensions of human health, growth, and flourishing.
The Flame's 'Integral Holistic Health Practitioners' FIHHP® Accredited training program is a professional experiential 10 month program for individual's, practitioners and health professionals that is designed to provide individuals with practical knowledge and skills combining experiential practices and sound scientific and philosophical underpinning by world class expert and pioneer in meditation, mind and contemplative health interventions, Master Dav Panesar. You will learn from and be trained by Master in mind, body and heart medicine Dav Panesar.
FIHHP® program in grounded in Consciousness studies, Mind-body medicine, Hridya Science (Heart medicine) and transpersonal development. This program is accredited by Gurmat Therapy (Gurmat Metaphysical Science). It will encompass a blended learning approach (online and in-house, but those that cannot attend in-house can stay joined online).

FIHHP® Core Curriculum
Our program curriculum is designed to cultivate three core areas of competency that are necessary for a comprehensive and embodied understanding of the Psychophysiology, psycho-spirituality and Hriyda-science.
Research & Theory
You will be guided in the latest research and theory that offers both a context and map to facilitate sessions from a holistic, integrative, and evidence-based perspective.
The FIHHP® program is an integration of theory, research and most importantly, experiential practices, enabling the practitioners to become an instrument to sense, feel, and guide therapeutic processes.
Participants will be guided, supported and assisted in developing their own Integral Holistic Health courses to support individuals suffering from whole-health issues.
Participants will be mentored in the development and delivery of their accredited Psycho-spiritual right mindfulness courses and workshops.
The FIHHP® program is delivered over a period of 10 months. This incorporates the practical delivery of the 8 weeks Psycho-spiritual right mindfulness courses.

Master Dav, a world class expert who has been teaching mindfulness for 30+ years, he is considered and respected internationally as a master in contemplative interventions for health, and lineage that extends over 500+ years of authentic masters of meditation, self-realisation and transpersonal development.
This course costs £2000 and this includes all teaching, assessments, verification, accreditation, certificates, notes and handbook and gives you access to The Flame's global therapist network.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
The course can be paid for in full or in three instalments.

Do you have a regular personal mindfulness practice?
Have you been practicing mindfulness for more than 12 months?
Have you taken part in a structured 8-week Mindfulness programme? (Preferred - The Flame's MBi)
Do you have knowledge and experience of the group or population to whom you would like to teach Mindfulness based interventions?
