•   To challenge perspectives around right-mindfulness, transpersonal development and holistic forms of services and therapies created to achieve self-empowerment and lasting self-awareness.

•   To prevent and alleviate human suffering by utilising the power of right-mindfulness and related holistic practices.

Regular classes
