Sharonjit is a Mindfulness Practitioner with accreditation from the Institute of Mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology, as well as a certified Trainer of the .b Program from the Mindfulness in Schools Project – the most widely used curriculum in schools for enhancing children’s emotional and mental wellbeing. Sharonjit has a breadth of lived experience; ranging from coping with addiction, trauma and complex family dynamics. She has successfully used Gurmat Therapy to heal her own life crises as well as now being passionate about bringing this wisdom to help others embrace peace and well-being into their own lives. Sharonjit has appeared on national Television to share her learnings and experience. Sharonjit’s infectious enthusiasm, understanding of the human psyche as well as her resilient matter of factness make for a wonderful combination to help you take your first steps to bringing real change into your lives.
